La Calera’s main packing station is managed by Prolan, a sister company dedicated to post-harvest technology. Located near our main citrus and avocado producing area in Chincha, it has the capacity to process 700 tons of mandarins per day using the state-of-the-art technology that guarantees the post-harvest life of the fruit.
